By placing an order with IT Soldier BD, you agree to the terms described in this computer shop return policy for Bangladesh.
Only defective or damaged products are eligible for return or replacement, similar to leading electronics shops in Bangladesh.
“Change of mind” or “product not matching your personal preference or setup” is not accepted as a valid reason for return.
The product must be returned in original condition, with:
Intact box and packaging
All accessories, manuals, and warranty cards
No scratches, dents, or burn marks
If the product or box is physically damaged, written on, or missing accessories, it will not qualify under this laptop and computer return policy in Bangladesh.
You must inform us about any physical damage, wrong product, or missing items within 24 hours of receiving the product, through phone or email.
For approved cases, products can generally be returned or refunded within 3–10 working days, depending on inspection and payment method.
This time period applies to both online computer orders in Bangladesh and in‑store purchases.
A product may be accepted for return or replacement if:
Delivered product is physically damaged or broken on arrival.
Delivered product is incorrect (wrong model, wrong color, or wrong configuration).
Delivered product does not match the description or key specifications shown on our website or invoice.
Product has a manufacturing defect confirmed by our technical team after testing.
If after proper testing our technicians confirm that the product is working correctly, the item will be returned to you and no refund will be issued.
The following items are not eligible for return or refund, in line with standard electronics shop refund rules in Bangladesh:
Software, activation codes, and digital licenses once issued
Opened processors, RAM, storage devices, and other sensitive components that have been installed incorrectly or physically damaged
Products that are fully functional but not compatible with your existing setup (e.g., motherboard or GPU incompatibility)
Products with removed or tampered serial/ warranty stickers
Products used beyond basic testing or showing signs of heavy usage
For such items, only warranty service from the brand or service center will be applicable.
Report the issue within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos or video of the defect or wrong item.
Our support team will review your claim and guide you on whether to send the product back via courier or bring it to our service desk.
After receiving the item, our technicians will inspect and test the product.
If the return is approved, we will process replacement or refund as per your preference and stock availability.
For orders outside Dhaka, the customer usually bears the courier charge to send the product back, similar to other major tech shops in Bangladesh.
Refunds are processed through the original payment method (cash, card, mobile banking, or online gateway).
For mobile financial services and online gateway payments, gateway or transaction charges may be deducted from the refunded amount, as is standard practice in Bangladesh electronics return policies.
Depending on your bank or payment provider, refund completion may take 3–10 working days after approval.
If the returned product is approved as defective, you may:
Receive a replacement of the same model, or
Choose a different model by paying or receiving the price difference (subject to stock).
Exchanges are only allowed once per invoice for each product under this computer and laptop exchange policy in Bangladesh.
Orders can be cancelled before shipping or delivery by contacting our hotline.
If the order is already shipped, you may refuse delivery only if the product is visibly damaged or incorrect.
For prepaid orders, a small processing or gateway fee may be deducted when issuing a refund, similar to other online electronics stores.
Product returns apply only for newly delivered items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Long‑term issues are handled under the manufacturer’s warranty, not under this return policy.
